Introducing…new scottish voices

      David McGranaghan
 an actor and comedy writer who works between theatre and film, having performed at the Royal Shakespeare Company’s productions of The Homecoming, Taming of the Shrew, MacBeth and Merchant of Venice, Donmar Warehouse and National Theatre of Scotland’s co-production of Be Near Me, Jersey Boys in London’s Prince Edward Theatre and Chariots of Fire in London’s Gielgud Theatre.

After his own sketch show Dave McG TV received over 2 million hits online, David was commissioned by AOL’s new comedy channel Quipster to produce comedy content. He is filming his third series for Quipstar.

      Iain Stuart Robertson
 has performed in theatres the length and breadth of Great Britain, clocking up over a hundred productions in the process. Some favourite roles include Gandalf in “The Hobbit” (UK tour), Mozart in “Amadeus”. Oberon in “The Dream”, Abel in the TMA Award winning “Tom’s Midnight Garden” at the New Victory Theatre in New York.

TV work includes “The Bletchley Circle”(ITV), “William and Catherine-A Royal Romance”(Hallmark Channel), “Danni’s House”(BBC), “Doctors”(BBC), “Crisis Control”(BBC), “The Bill” (ITV), “Bella and the Boys”(BBC), “Casualty”(BBC), “Taggart”(ITV).

His film work includes Hippolyte in “Love’s Labours Lost”, Dukes Man in “As You Like It” and Papageno’s Gaoler in “The Magic Flute” all directed by Kenneth Branagh, Kent in “King Lear” directed by Brian Blessed and Ross in “Macbeth”.

      Sara Vickers
, an Edinburgh born actress who has worked extensively in TV, film and theatre including a regular role on ITV’s Inspector Morse prequel Endeavour, as Joan Thursday. Other credits include Sunshine on Leith (DNA films) , Shetland (BBC), Mandown (CH4) and Privates (BBC).

Theatre credits include Romeo and Juliet (HOME, Manchester), ’Tis Pity She’s a Whore (West Yorkshire Playhouse) and The Lady from the Sea (Manchester Exchange).
