Kaylan’s first experience in performing started in 2013 when she auditioned for a production of “The King and I” by the Thurrock Operatic Society (TOPS) at the Thameside Theatre, Grays. She was given the role of the youngest royal children and her first ever speaking role. TOPS, under the direction of Ann and Gary Sullivan, continued to develop her talent. Since then, Kaylan has performed with TOPS in a number of their productions: “Pirates of Penzance” as a Pirate ensembles; “Blitz” as a war child ensembles; “South Pacific” as Ngana; “The Music Man” as Amaryllis, an Indian girl ensembles; and in “Annie” as Molly.

Apart from theatre, Kaylan performs other acting roles. To date, She has performed in a number of short films, corporate/charities campaigns, TV and web commercials, as well as her current on-going role on one of the biggest children’s channels on YouTube.

Kaylan is hard working and has a very professional working attitude beyond her age. She is extremely good at taking direction; works well with all the production team and others regardless their age and background.

Kaylan, additionally, is passionate about dancing and singing. She currently trains with the Canning Academy of Performing Arts (CAPA), working on her grade 3 Ballet, Tap and Modern.
In her spare time, she records cover songs in her home studio and creates music videos to go accompany them.
