Kevin Murphy was born in 1976 in Newry, Co. Down. He first studied Drama at Trinity College Dublin before training as an actor at LAMDA. 

Theatre credits include: Juno and the Paycock (National Theatre & Abbey Theatre, Dublin), Arthur Miller’s The Man Who Had All The Luck, (King’s Head) Over The Bridge (Finborough) and The Lieutenant of Inishmore (Curve, Leicester)  

Television credits include: Doctors (BBC), The Whistleblower (RTE), The Bill (ITV), The Year London Blew Up (CH4) and The Long Walk (BBC NI).  

Radio credits includeThe Burial at Thebes and Space1889Red Devils.
